These SMS alerts are used for internal dealership operations only. Examples of alerts may include:
- Customer arrived
- Finance needs stips
- Recon complete
- Delivery at risk
- Manager needed
- Registration or back-office issue affecting delivery
Message frequency varies based on dealership activity and the user’s role. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is optional. Staff users may opt in or opt out at any time from their Delivery Day OS notification preferences.
